We repair and remanufacture induction heaters of all types. Besides replacing winding coils, we can fix any problems with the heater cores. New laminations or steel cores are available. Tennessee Armature's winders can handle single zone as well as multiple zone inductors.

We also maintain large inventories of high temperature magnet wire and insulation materials. Types of wire insulations in stock include: HML for temperature ratings up to 180°, Kapton and glass/nickel plated wires for temperatures of up to 250°C, as well as mineral/mica insulated nickel wire for any extreme temperatures.
