Our Field Service Technicians are highly qualified, all are journeymen electricians and all have continued educations in AC/DC drives, Electronics, Programming, Vibration, Thermography, and Root Cause Failure Analysis.Some have been with the company more than 20 years and all are safety conscious with extensive training on the NFPA 70e regulations. They've seen and repaired just about any kind of equipment failure you can imagine and in some of the most extreme time frames. Our service technicians are on call 24 / 7 366 days a year, getting your operation back online is a priority! Their first job, however, is to make sure failure is not an option. They perform on-site inspections and maintenance to extend the life of your equipment and keep it running efficiently. Our technicians routinely remove and install equipment, take care of emergency repair and diagnostics, perform mechanical repair, AC & DC drive start up, as well as AC/DC repair.
